I think a lot of people, myself included, like to only write or talk about bad experiences at stores. It’s rare that I have such a great experience at a retail store that I want to tell everyone about it. But my recent experience at the Discount Tire in American Fork was one of those experiences.

Jiffy Lube Experience
Everybody posts their Jiffy Lube experience on the web, right? Now I can fit in, too! My experience at the Lehi, UT Jiffy Lube was, well, eh… They did most everything almost right and made only one critical mistake! (From reading other posts, that’s actually pretty good.)
